What is it?
This granite house has been refurbished in recent years into an attractive and ready-to-move-in holiday home. The house consists of two floors with 38 m2 each. On the first floor is a spacious kitchen diner and on the ground floor is the sleeping area, the bathroom (with shower) and space for storage in expertly handcrafted cupboards. On the first floor is a covered veranda (not registered) from which there is a beautiful panoramic view over the hills of the region with the Caramulo in the distance.

What are the facilities like?
The house is connected to electricity, mains water and the public sewer system. The windows have wooden frames with double glazing. The lowered ceiling provides an insulating effect between the roof and the ceiling.

Is there outdoor space?
The house is situated on a fairly flat and easy to maintain plot of approximately 530 m2 where mainly olive trees grow. There is parking on private land. The ground is partially walled.

The house is sold including furniture. The equipment is desired for acquisition.
At about 2 km is the river Dão where you can swim.

Where is it?
The house is free and private but not isolated, on the edge of the village of Tibalde. The accessibility is good via an easily passable sand path. Apart from a wine shop, Tibalde itself has no facilities. The village of Tibaldinho is about 800 meters away, where there are a building materials store and a few cafes, one of them is a snack bar. Mangualde is about 6 km away. This is a central municipality where the main facilities are available such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, doctor’s practice, court, schools, vocational education, swimming pool, tennis courts, library, small hospital and weekly market. A larger city like Viseu is 15 km away. The access road for the A25 (motorway to Porto) is 7 km away.
