What is it?
This house was built in the 1970s and is in mostly good condition. The house consists of two floors. On the ground floor are the storage rooms and a laundry room. If desired, the storage space can be relatively easily integrated into the residential floor. The first floor is the living floor. It consists of a kitchen, three modest bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom. The attic can be reached via a fixed staircase (no headroom). The registered floor area is 103 m².

Outdoor space?
The house is situated on a fairly flat plot of approximately 1,000 m². Here grow various fruit trees such as orange, lemon, peach and medlar. The ground is fenced.

The house can be an interesting option for do-it-yourselfers because further modernization (without structural change) can in principle be done without a project application and without approval from the municipality. With the space that the house and garden offers, quite a lot can be realized to increase modern living comfort.

Where is it?
The house is located in the village of Casal do Santo Espírito. It is easily accessible via a paved road. Less than a kilometer away is the village of Espariz with a café with a grocery store. Tábua is about a 6 km drive away. Tábua is a small provincial town where the main facilities are available such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, medical practice, schools, vocational education, swimming pool, library and a weekly market. The larger cities of Coimbra and Viseu are about 50 km away.
