What is it?
This detached house consists of a ground floor, cellar and attic. The living floor is on the ground floor and has an area of approximately 60 m². On this floor is a conservatory room, a kitchen with an open connection to the living room, a bathroom, a bedroom and an office.
In the basement is a storage area of approximately 30 m², accessible from outside. This room is sometimes used as a guest room. The attic can be reached via an outside staircase.
The house is habitable but no longer meets the current living requirements. It can be an interesting DIY object for handy do-it-yourselfers because in principle no building permit is required for modernization.
There are a few small-scale unregistered constructions, including a lean-to, wood storage and shed.

The house is connected to electricity and mains water. Discharge is done in its own septic tank.

Outdoor space?
The house is located on a plot of approximately 1,500 m². About 300 m² around the house is paved and there is a garden with ornamental plants and fruit trees. This part is fenced/walled. The rest is more rural forest land. From the ground there are beautiful views of hills and mountains from various places.
Where is it?
The house is located in a rural area, without being isolated, between the villages of Lourosa and Covas. The accessibility is good via a paved road. Covas and Lourosa have a kindergarten (up to 6 years old) and a few cafes. Larger towns are Tábua and Oliveira do Hospital about 10 km away. In these small provincial towns all important facilities are available such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, medical practice, hospital (Oliveira do Hospital), schools, library, bus station and weekly market. The larger city of Coimbra is about 65 km away.
