What is it?
This detached house was built in the 1990s. It is spacious and largely on one floor. The ground floor consists of an equipped kitchen with a cooking island, a living room, an office space, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has recently been modernized. At the front and back of the house are covered terraces.
The first floor is reached via a staircase, where the fourth bedroom with private bathroom is located. This bedroom also has a spacious terrace with beautiful views of the mountains of the Serra da Estrela and Caramulo. There is a cellar under part of the house. The house is heated by wood central heating. A solar boiler (with electricity as back up), provides hot water.

Outdoor space?
The house has a flat, walled plot of around 5,000 m², with an electric gate. Part of the land is an ornamental garden and paved. The other part consists mainly of lawns with fruit trees.

Where is it?
The house is located on the edge of Fiais da Telha. This is a small historic village with a number of amenities such as a restaurant, café, grocery shop and butcher. Carregal do Sal is about a 5 km drive away. This is a small provincial town where all the main amenities are available, such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, doctor’s practice, schools, library, train station, swimming pool and weekly market. The larger cities of Viseu and Coimbra are approximately 40 and 60 km away respectively
