Quinta of 1.2 ha with ruins of house and barn and beautiful view, Candosa, Tábua

What is it?
This quinta consists partly of a beautiful olive grove and partly of more wooded land with beautiful impressive granite rocks. On the quinta are two granite ruins, one of which was a house and is also registered as such. The other was a barn. The ruin of the house has a registered gross floor area of 157 m². The ruin of the barn is not registered but has an approximate surface area of 20 m².

What are the facilities like?
There are no facilities yet, but about 120 meters from the entrance of the quinta run electricity, water and fiber optic. It is of course also an option to arrange the facilities with solar energy and a drill hole. A septic tank will have to be made for drainage.

Outdoor space?
The quinta consists of a plot of approximately 1.2 hectares. One part consists of an olive grove with about 40 olive trees and the other part is more forest land with oaks, cork oaks and strawberry trees.

Special features?
From various places on the quinta there is a beautiful view of the mountains of the Caramulo and the Estrela.
Because of the ruin of a house this quinta also has a residential destination. The possibility of living in a rural area has become increasingly difficult and scarce due to regulations. The exact options has to be checked in the local municipality.

Where is it?
The quinta is located in a rural area without being isolated. The entrance to the quinta is about 120 m. from a village road that connects Candosa with Tábua. Accessibility is good via a well-maintained sandy path of 120 m. Tábua is about 5 km away. In this small provincial town all important facilities are available such as shops, post office, banks, first aid, schools, restaurants, bus station and weekly market. The entrance to a highway is about 1 km away. The larger city of Coimbra is approximately 50 km away.
