What is it?
This house was renovated a few years ago into an attractive and comfortable house. The house has a registered floor area of approximately 100 m² and consists of a hall with adjoining two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom (with whirlpool bath). All rooms have spacious dimensions. The kitchen diner has access to a large veranda. In the hall is also the staircase to the attic (loft) to which a further destination can be given. The registered living area is 75 m² but in reality it is about 140 m².
Underneath the house is a workshop with an area of approximately 30 m². Next to the house is a utility room with toilet (not yet registered) of over 20m². The utility room and the house are connected by a terrace and a roof.

The windows are double glazed and the roof and walls are insulated. The wood-burning stove in the kitchen diner provides central heating throughout the house.

Outdoor space?
The house is situated on a completely fenced sloping plot of 1,6 ha. The current owners have kept horses there. On the domain are several stables including a horse and goat stable. Various fruit trees have been planted on the property such as lemon, orange, apple, cherry and plum, but there are also various mature fruit trees such as a cherry, apple and pear. There is also planting of deciduous trees (including Paulownia).

Where is it?
The quinta is located against the village of Percelada and is easily accessible via a paved road. It is private without being isolated. Percelada is a small village with a few amenities such as some cafes and a small grocery store. Tábua is about 10 km away. Tábua is a small provincial town where the main amenities are available, such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, medical practice, schools, vocational education, swimming pool, library and a weekly market. The larger cities of Coimbra and Viseu are approximately 60 km and 50 km away respectively.
