What is it?
This detached house was built in the 80s. The house has a construction area of 163 m². The living area is approximately 140 m², the attic bedroom not included. The living area consists of a kitchen, a living room, 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and an extra guest toilet. The kitchen and living room have a continuous veranda. There is also a direct bus connection with, among others, Coimbra and Lisbon. There is an (international) train station within a 10-minute drive. The larger towns of Coimbra and Viseu are approximately 50 and 40 km away respectively.
