What is it?
It is a granite house from the 18th century that was last modernized in the 1990s. One of the special aspects is that it is built on a large granite rock. In recent times it has been little used and the place is in need for a new enthusiastic resident who again will modernize it again and breathe new life into it.
The house has a registered gross floor area of 128 m² on two floors. On the first floor are a dining room, a small kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and an intermediate room. The ground floor can be reached via a staircase; it consists of a spacious rustic living room.

How are the facilities?
The house is connected to electricity and water. For drainage there is a septic tank but sewerage runs through the street.

Outdoor space?
In front of and behind the house is an outdoor space. The two together mesure approximately 200 m². It is paved at the front of the house. The outdoor area at the back is higher and can be reached by foot via a public road. It is certainly also an option to create access to the road from the house. From the back is a beautiful view of the mountains of the Serra da Estrela and the town of Tábua.

Where is it?
The house is located on the edge of the village of Barrosa, about 1 km from Tábua. The accessibility is good via a paved road. Tábua is a small provincial town where the main facilities are available such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, medical practice, schools, vocational education, swimming pool, library and a weekly market. The larger cities of Coimbra and Viseu are approximately 55 km and 45 km away respectively.
