Small terraced house to restore, Esporão, Tábua

Small terraced house to restore, Esporão, Tábua

What is it?
It’s a house with an area of 41 m² per floor, located in a small quiet village. The so-called storage rooms are on the ground floor, the living area is upstairs. This floor consists of three small rooms, a small kitchen, a storage room and a toilet. The house is not habitable in its current state but definitely has good possibilities for the handy do-it-yourselfer to make a nice little house out of it.

How about the facilities?
The house has been connected to electricity but has currently been cut off. Water has also been connected. The piping will probably have to be renewed.

Is there outdoor space?
There is no outside space.

Where is it?
The house is located in the village of Esporão, which is close to Midões. There are no amenities in Esporão, but Midões has many small facilities such as a school (up to 14 years old), bakery, grocery, bank, post office, various restaurants. Tábua is about 10 km away. In this small province town all the main facilities are present, such as restaurants, shops, supermarkets, post office, banks, medical practice, schools, vocational education, swimming pool, library and a weekly market. The larger towns of Coimbra and Viseu are approximately 55 km and 45 km drive respectively.

(Excluded from the SCE, under point g) of paragraph 2 of article 18 of Decree-Law no. 101-D/2020, of December 7.)
